MW Raul E. Canon Jr., Grand Master of Masons in the jurisdiction of the Philippines, presided over the ceremony of constitution of Pili Capital Cimarrones Masonic Lodge No. 521, which was granted its charter during the 2025 Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.

The ceremony was held on June 23, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., in Naga City Masonic Lodge No. 257 Temple, Naga City, Camarnes Sur Province, with Grand Lodge officers and the Charter Members and newly raised members of the Lodge in attendance.

The ceremony of installation of the officers of the newly chartered Lodge was held immediately following the ceremony of constitution with VW Irvin Estrada as the installing officer.
