MW Raul E. Canon Jr., Grand Master of Masons in the jurisdiction of the Philippines, presided over the ceremony of constitution of Mamburao Masonic Lodge No. 504, on June 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M., in Mindoro Masonic Lodge No. 157 Temple, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, with the officers of the Grand Lodge and the Charter Members and newly raised members of the Lodge in attendance.

The ceremony of installation of the officers of the newly chartered Lodge was held immediately following the ceremony of constitution with MW Canon as the installing officer.
