MW Robert Joseph S. Moran, Jr., Grand Master of Masons in the Jurisdiction of the Philippines, presided over the Ceremony of Constitution of MW Rosendo C. Herrera Masonic Lodge No. 527, which was granted its charter during the 2026 Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.

The ceremony was held on May 27, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Jose Abad Santos Hall, New Plaridel Masonic Temple, 1440 San Marcelino St., Ermita, Manila, with Grand Lodge officers, charter members, and newly raised members of the Lodge in attendance.
